Job Title: Spa Trainee

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Trainee to join our wellness team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty, skincare, and relaxation therapies who are eager to learn and build a career in the spa and wellness industry.
• The trainee will gain hands-on experience in spa treatments, customer service, and daily operations under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials before and after sessions
• Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all spa areas
• Learn and follow proper techniques for various spa services
• Support front desk operations, including booking and client inquiries
• Promote spa services and products to clients
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE (additional certification in beauty/spa therapy is an advantage)
• Strong interest in beauty, wellness, and customer care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and work flexible hours (including weekends)
• Ability to work in a team environment
