Description

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spa Trainee to join our team.
• his role is designed to provide hands-on training in spa operations, treatments, and client care.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in setting up treatment rooms before and after services
• Support therapists during massage, facials, manicure, pedicure, and other treatments
• Ensure all spa areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Learn and gradually perform basic spa treatments under supervision
• Help manage client bookings and respond to inquiries when needed
• Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking spa supplies
• Promote spa services and products to clients
• Follow all company policies, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary school certificate (SSCE)
• Previous experience in a spa or beauty environment is an added advantage but not required
• Strong interest in health, beauty, and wellness
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision
