We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the secondary sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising daily sales operations, and supporting the achievement of organizational revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the secondary sales team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive sales growth by setting targets and monitoring team performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Monitor sales transactions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Train, coach, and mentor secondary sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and product availability.
  • Ensure attractive product displays in line with company merchandising standards.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
