"OTG" signifies "on-the-go," referring to the 75cl bottled water designed for convenient, portable hydration. As part of the larger CWAY Group, the company provides innovative water dispensers and a variety of beverages, including fruit milk, yogurt, and energy drinks, with significant investments in factories and employee development across multiple countries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Internal Control Supervisor

Location: Sagamu LGA, Ogun

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of Production, sales, logistics, Admin and Accounting departments and individual employees.
• Conduct regular inventory count of Raw/packaging materials, finished goods, consumables. etc
• Keep company from engaging in potentially illegal or unethical activities.
• Reviews existing accounting and financial controls, insurance policiesand other legal compliance processes in place and makesany necessary revisions or additions.
• Works with human resources to update policy manuals and other documentation to ensure immediate compliance by all staff involved.
• Workscollaboratively with businessand process owners to implement and monitor remediationefforts that result from internal control assessments, ensures the effective implementation ofcorrective action.
• Supervise and organize departmental activities.
• Delivers adequate and timely reportson the internal control framework and controls deficiencies to ensure appropriate communication, documentation, escalation to Director.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 3 - 5 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
