Job Title: Manager (Showroom, Pharmacy / Supermarket)

Job Summary

• The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, inventory, and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care to achieve financial targets.
• Key duties include managing staff, training, resolving customer issues, and controlling inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily pharmacy functions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and safety protocols.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor employees to ensure efficient service.
• Inventory & Financial Control: Manage inventory (ordering, FEFO system) to ensure profitability, meet budget targets, and control costs.
• Patient Care & Compliance: Address customer concerns, lead local clinical governance, and act as a contact for health authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Pharmacy, or HR
• Experience: Previous strong experience in managing A supermaket, pharmacy or Showroom
• Female strongly preferable
• Extra Skills: Strong leadership, communication, inventory management, and pharmacy software proficiency.
