Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Area 11 Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • Bravies Homz Limited is seeking a professional, proactive, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company while ensuring smooth front office operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to clients, visitors, and walk-ins in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, documents, packages)
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments when required
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and filing systems
  • Support internal communication and office coordination activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic office systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
