We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking passionate and result-driven Field Marketers to represent our brand on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IDA Beauty products across assigned locations (retail outlets, events, pop-ups, and partner stores)
  • Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and brand values (halal-certified, vegan, cruelty-free, eco-friendly)
  • Drive product awareness and increase sales through direct engagement and demonstrations
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with retailers and customers
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
  • Meet assigned sales targets and submit daily/weekly activity reports
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold IDA Beauty’s values at all times

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degreein Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in field marketing, sales, or beauty retail (beauty industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident in product demonstrations and customer engagement
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Lagos market terrain

Salary
N150,000 monthly with a 5% commission on sales turnover.
