We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Control Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
• Monitor daily receivable aging and ensure compliance with company credit policy
• Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and allocate payments accurately
• Perform regular account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation and management of WHT (Withholding Tax) receipts
• Prepare and submit weekly follow-up reports and monthly credit compliance reports
• Ensure all collections are properly reconciled with bank records to prevent revenue leakage

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of HND Upper Credit or B.Sc (Second Class Lower) in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles
• Understanding of debit and credit processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and resilience.

Salary
N260,000 per month.
