We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: I-Shop Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite
Department: Customer Experience & Advocacy

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Engagement:

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Transaction Management:

• Handle cash, cheque, and POS transactions accurately
• Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of daily transactions
• Support sales activities and promote products/services where necessary.

Customer Experience Management:

• Ensure a positive and consistent in-store customer experience
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams.

Operational Support:

• Ensure the I-Shop environment is well-organized and customer-friendly
• Support daily store operations and administrative tasks
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Educational Qualification

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc Degree in any related field
• 1 - 2 years experience in customer service, retail, or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic knowledge of sales and transaction handling
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling cash
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills.
