Job Title: Sales Marketer

Locations: Shomolu, Ibafo and Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Experienced Sales Marketer to join our team across multiple Lagos locations. The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about sales and marketing.
• Proximity to the preferred job location is essential.
• Applicants must reside in or very close to Shomolu, Ibafo or Yaba.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Attend to in-store customers and take orders accurately.
• Assist customers with placement of orders and product selection.
• Process customer payments and ensure proof of payment is issued for all purchases.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Actively market the company’s products to leads and walk-in customers.
• Convert leads into paying customers through effective follow-up and persuasion.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts.
• Keep proper records of customer feedback and forward reports to management.
• Provide the Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification:OND / HND / B.Sc in any field of study.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (retail experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and payment processing skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

Work Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• Monday to Sunday(One day off weekly).
