Role Overview

• The Executive Driver to the CEO is responsible for providing safe, secure, and highly professional transportation services to the Chief Executive Officer.
• This role requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and awareness, as well as excellent knowledge of routes, security consciousness, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and seamless transportation for the CEO to meetings, site visits, and official engagements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all movements, conversations, and activities of the CEO.
• Plan routes proactively, considering traffic, road conditions, and security factors.
• Remain on standby when required and maintain flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (engine, brakes, tires, fuel level, etc.) before use.
• Schedule and follow up on routine servicing and repairs promptly.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation is valid and up to date.
• Drive defensively and adhere strictly to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Assist with errands, document deliveries, and other logistics tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an executive or personal driver.
• Strong familiarity with Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be well-presented and physically fit.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
