Job Summary

• A well-established and reputable hospital is seeking to employ a competent, disciplined, and highly vigilant Security Officer to strengthen its safety and security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict security surveillance within and around the hospital premises.
• Control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized persons are allowed entry.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities promptly.
• Protect lives, property, patients, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Enforce hospital security policies and procedures.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of daily security activities.
• Manning the gate and ensuring all cars are parked accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• Must be at least 6.5 feet tall.
• Proven experience working in a hospital environment.
• Must have no criminal history or background.
• Demonstrable technical security knowledge is an added advantage.

• High level of alertness, vigilance, and integrity.
• Strong discipline and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent observation and reporting skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
