We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lugbe, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

• The C2 Contracting Company LTD is a design, construction and development firm looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing construction team.
• This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage designs from concept to execution while working closely with site and project teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings
• Produce and manage working drawings using Revit (mandatory)
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and construction teams
• Prepare presentations, drawings, and project documentation
• Conduct regular site visits (projects are primarily around Lugbe and nearby areas)
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards
• Support client meetings and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (post NYSC)
• Strong proficiency in REVIT (this is a strict requirement) and top 3D software
• Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of rendering tools like Enscape or V-Ray is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, joinery, spatial planning, and interior finishes
• Familiarity with Nigerian building approval processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Must reside in Lugbe or within close proximity for easy access and in-person coordination.
