Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our oil palm processing company located in Ore, Ondo State.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, while supporting strategic business decisions.
• The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the company’s Head Office (HQ).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost management initiatives
• Develop and implement internal control systems and financial policies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements
• Lead the preparation for internal and external audits
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing,agro-processing, or FMCG
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in cost accounting and inventory management is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly.
