We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer (Automobile)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

JobSummary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Officer with experience in automobile sales to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving automobile sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent client service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for automobiles
  • Engage with customers' inquiries to understand their needs
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain automobile features and benefits to clients
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, including financing and documentation
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive sales campaigns

Requirement & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2–3years proven experience in automobile sales
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
