We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor 

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Quality Assurance team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality policies
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks on raw materials and finished products
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
• Train and mentor QA staff on quality procedures and best practices
• Collaborate with production and other departments to improve product quality
• Ensure proper documentation for regulatory bodies (e.g., NAFDAC, ISO standards)
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, ISO standards)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
