Reposebay HR - Our client is a leading brand in the health, wellness, and athleisure industry—specializing in body-contouring gear for women.

They are recruiting results-driven candidates to drive sales and customer acquisition in the capacity below:

Job Title: Marketer

Locations: Abuja & Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Structure: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite weekly)

About the Role

• You will generate leads through social media, field outreach, and walk-in conversions, while actively promoting the brand and closing sales.
• This role is ideal for someone energetic, target-driven, and passionate about fitness and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell products both online and onsite.
• Generate and convert walk-in, online, and corporate leads.
• Conduct field marketing activities (client visits, partnerships, and outreach).
• Manage social media and digital marketing channels.
• Follow up on enquiries, close sales, and maintain client relationships.
• Track sales performance and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience with digital marketing and field marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is an advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social media marketing and online lead generation.
• Good organization, reporting, and time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 per month. + Attractive commissions (based on sales).
