We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects according to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concepts into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor budgets and resources, taking corrective actions to prevent overruns.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
• Perform any other duties aligned with the role as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in interior design, construction, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
