Job Description

• We are seeking an IT Training Coordinator to design, organize, and manage technical training programs across the organization.
• The role focuses on developing learning materials, coordinating training sessions, and supporting continuous capability development for staff and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT training curricula and learning pathways 
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal training programs and workshops 
• Deliver or facilitate technical training sessions (in-person or online) 
• Manage e-learning platforms and digital training resources 
• Assess training needs across teams and design suitable programs 
• Track training participation, progress, and effectiveness 
• Update training materials to reflect new technologies and systems 
• Support onboarding programs for new technical staff 

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• Experience in corporate IT training or learning and development roles 
• Certifications in instructional design or training delivery (an advantage) 
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills 

Key Requirements / Expertise:

• Experience in curriculum development and training program design 
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and technical environments 
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training tools 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple training activities 
• Experience in instructional design or capability development 

Performance Metrics:

• Training completion and participation rates 
• Improvement in staff technical competency 
• Effectiveness of training programs based on feedback 
• Timeliness and quality of training delivery
