We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Assistant

Location: Remote
Employment Type:  Full Time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our growing team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start or develop a career within a professional services and immigration consultancy environment.
  • This is a fully remote role, and the successful candidate must be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness at all times.
  • The successful candidate will receive full training and will play a key supporting role in assisting clients with administrative processes, documentation, and day-to-day communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with administrative support relating to applications and documentation
  • Guide clients on required documents and ensure submissions are complete and accurate
  • Draft and respond to emails and handle client correspondence (including WhatsApp communication)
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date client records
  • Support the team with general office and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes and compliance standards.

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • A background in Law or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes quickly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Experience:

  • Previous experience is not required, as full training will be provided
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or office-based roles is beneficial

Other Requirements:

  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision

Must have:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • Stable electricity supply
  • A suitable home working setup.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
