Job Summary

• The principal is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the school by ensuring academic excellence, operational efficiency, business growth, and staff performance management.
• The role requires a highly experienced educational leader who can strengthen the school’s competitive position, sustain its value proposition, and deliver outstanding educational outcomes within a private school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for academic and administrative operations.
• Lead daily school operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Drive academic excellence through effective curriculum implementation.
• Develop business strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
• Sustain and strengthen the school’s unique value proposition.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate academic and non-academic staff.
• Manage staff performance through clear targets and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource optimization.
• Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Ed. or related degree in Education.
• PGDE, PGCE, TRCN, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of leadership experience in private school administration.
• Proven business development experience in a private school setting.
