Description

• A leading hospitality organization is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and enhancing occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify and secure new corporate clients, partnerships, and sales channels
• Drive room occupancy, event bookings, and overall business performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand positioning
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in business development within the hospitality industry
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
