Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand that offer wholesale and retail of virgin hair and raw single donor hairs . We offer variety of hair textures, including straight, wavy and curly hairs. Our hairs are carefully sourced and selected from various donors in China,Vietnam,Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, India,Burma,Argentina

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Your Role

• You will serve as the first point of contact for all clients—responsible for managing the front desk, coordinating client flow, and ensuring every walk-in experience reflects our premium brand standard.

Key Responsibilties

• Welcome and attend to walk-in clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and in-store processes
• Actively manage the client waiting experience, ensuring no client is left unattended
• Escalate client concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain visitor logs and proper sign-in procedures
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
• Support the sales team by coordinating client flow and engagement.

Display & Store Readiness (VERY IMPORTANT):

• Ensure all hair display units (slabs/display areas) are properly arranged and presentable every morning before opening
• Regularly inspect displayed wigs to ensure they remain neat, styled, and client-ready
• Communicate promptly with the Production/Styling Team for touch-up styling or maintenance of any worn or displaced wigs
• Maintain a luxury visual standard across the front desk and display area at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
• 2 - 3 years experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Retail
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury service environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Competitive salary - N120,000 - N140,000 monthly.
