Job Title: Junior Accountant / Front Desk Officer

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

•  We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant who will also support front desk operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with basic accounting tasks while serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic financial reports
• Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Handle petty cash and monitor office expenses
• Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Must reside within the Sangotedo axis

Added Advantage:

• Experience in a real estate or service-based company
• Must be available to resume immediately.
