Job Description

• A Digital Marketing Executive at CubeNox is responsible for promoting the company’s IT support services online, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through digital channels.
• The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing online campaigns to reach small and medium-sized businesses and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines
• Create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) to promote IT services
• Manage company social media accounts and respond to inquiries
• Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
• Optimize website content using SEO strategies to improve visibility
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
• Generate leads and support the sales team with marketing strategies
• Maintain and update the company website and blog
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is an added advantage
• Good time management and organizational skills
