We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guest in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check - in and check - out procedure efficiently.
• Handle room reservation, bookings, and cancellation.
• Answer phone calls, email, and guest inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Maintain guest records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Process payment inline with hotel cashless policy.
• Handle guest complain and escalate issues where necessary.
• Cordinate with house keeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.
