Job Summary

• Our client is seeking to hire suitable and experienced candidates to oversee the efficient management, control, and accuracy of stock levels for medical supplies and equipment.
• The ideal candidate will ensure that inventory operations support the organization’s goals of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, and issuance of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and audits.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory transactions using ERP or digital inventory tools.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast needs, identify shortages or excesses, and minimize wastage.
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to manage reorder points and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of medical products in line with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management (healthcare or pharmaceutical sector preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational efficiency.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
