We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties

• Handling filing, typing, binding, scanning of documents, setting up meetings and reordering office supplies.
• Assist in managing Staff appointment/recruitment process.
• Oversee and supervise the work of junior Staff e.g Chef, Cleaner, Security Guards & Transport Officers.
• Generate and distribute correspondence memos, letters and permits.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external Customers.
• Assist to monitor costs and Admin. expenses to assist in budget preparation..
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; such as calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment.
• Assist in generating and presentation of Administrative reports.
• Welcome and assist Company visitors.
• Support the Admin. Manager with the responsibility for the overall management of administration activities of the organisation.
• Maintain accurate records as directed.
• Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
• Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
• Any other Tasks assigned to you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any Social Science discipline
• 1–3 years’ administrative experience
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Driving skill is an added advantage.

Age Bracket:

• 25 – 30years of age.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
