Job Title: Interior Designer

Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 4 years of experience to plan, design, and oversee interior spaces.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to deliver functional and visually appealing designs that meet client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on client requirements and project briefs
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
• Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design accuracy
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare cost estimates and work within budget constraints
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in interior design
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
