Description

• We are a stylish, hip destination in Lagos blending premium coffee culture with a high-end restaurant and lounge atmosphere. We seek a dynamic Expat General Manager to take full ownership of this unique concept.

The Role

• As a manager, you will be the face of the brand, leding a high-performance team to deliver a worl-class guest experience. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced, stylish environments and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, stock control, and P&L performance
• Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse tem to maintain elite service standards
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a vibrant, high-quality, and seamless visit.
• Problem Solving: Navigate operational challenges with calm, decisive action.

Requirements

• Qualification: Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role (lounge, premium coffee shop, or modern retaurant)
• Background: Proven track record in high-volume, trendy hospitality environments.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills, proactive "owner-operator" mindset, and passion for modern service standards.
• Availability: Willingness to relocate to Lagos and embrace an international expat opportunity

Premium Expat Package

• Salary: $1000 - $1300 per month (experience dependent)
• Full Relocation Support: Accomodation, transport, and feeding provided
• Travel: One annual return flight ticket & resident permit included.
• Health: Comprehensive medical cover in Nigeria
• Leave: Six (6) weeks annual leave
