Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and assets.
• This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage a team, coordinate security procedures, and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
• The Security Supervisor will serve as a vital link between management and security staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of security service. 
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections, monitoring security systems, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Manage incident response, including investigating and reporting security breaches.
• Recriut, train and mentor security personelson best practices and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on security operations and incidents.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, protocols, and regulations.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
