Sales Department offers the sales of building materials such as Executive jaccuzzi, steamers, shower rooms, hot tubs, saunas with out standing features (massagers,radios and so on), shower cubicules, shower trays, power showers, standing showers and elevated showers of different colours, designs and sizes, cover baths, fibre baths, bath mixers, assorted brands of ceramic toilet seats & bath tubs, bidet, uriners, bathroom accessories, 3-step towel rails, glass basins, glass block, glass shelves, designed mirrors, soap dish, unique toilet brushes & foot mats, different brands & liters of water heater and over head tanks, swimming pool materials, bore hole materials, squats, PVC.

Job Summary

• As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in various training programs, rotations, and projects designed to expose you to different aspects of the organization and develop your professional capabilities.
• Your role involves learning from experienced professionals, acquiring technical and soft skills, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation programs and onboarding activities to familiarize yourself with the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
• Complete training modules, workshops, and courses designed to develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional competencies.
• Rotate through different departments or functions within the organization to gain exposure to various roles and responsibilities.
• Shadow experienced professionals and mentors to learn about their job duties, workflows, and best practices.
• Assist with project tasks, assignments, and initiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, address challenges, and implement solutions.
• Attend meetings, seminars, and networking events to expand your knowledge and build relationships within the organization.
• Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors, mentors, and peers to continuously improve your performance and skills.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, achievements, and milestones to track progress and development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university.
• Recent graduation or upcoming graduation within the past two years.
