We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Co-founder, CTO

Location: Remote

Description

• We are building something ambitious — and we are looking for the right technical partner to join us at the ground level.
• We are an early-stage startup with a strong vision to create a scalable digital platform in a high-impact sector across Nigeria and Africa. Our focus is on solving real-world problems through technology, with the potential to reach millions of users.
• We are currently seeking a Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join us at this foundational stage.
• This is not a job - This is a founding opportunity.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of the platform
• Build and scale the mobile application (Web/Android/iOS)
• Design and manage backend architecture, database, and integrations
• Collaborate closely on product decisions and roadmap
• Help define and drive the long-term technical vision

Who You Are

• Skilled in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or similar)
• Comfortable working with backend systems (e.g., Firebase, APIs)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for execution
• Able to work in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
• Experience is an advantage, but we are equally open to exceptionally talented and driven individuals, even if they are early in their careers.
