Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Executive to design compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity and enhances user engagement.
• The ideal candidate will translate ideas into visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing, product, and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and communication strategy
• Create engaging assets including banners, flyers, infographics, and digital ads
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute campaigns
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual touchpoints
• Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms
• Support UI/UX design needs for digital products when required
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Quality and consistency of visual content
• Engagement rate on designed assets (likes, shares, clicks)
• Turnaround time for design requests
• Brand consistency across platforms
• Contribution to campaign success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2 - 4 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in EdTech, tech startups, or youth-focused brands
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for social media campaigns
• Basic animation skills (After Effects or similar tools).
