Job Title: Investment Manager

About the Role

• We are seeking a results-driven Investment Manager to lead and grow our investment portfolio.
• You will develop and manage investment opportunities that align with the company’s financial growth and strategic objectives, while building lasting relationships with investors and delivering profitable, sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Development: Identify, evaluate, and structure new investment opportunities that support company growth targets.
• Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor client investment portfolios to optimize performance and mitigate risk.
• Product Promotion: Promote the company’s investment products to prospective and existing investors through presentations, proposals, and tailored advisory.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic guidance.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, economic data, and industry developments to inform investment strategy and client recommendations.
• Performance Tracking: Track investment performance against benchmarks, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments to maximize returns.
• Compliance & Advisory: Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory standards while advising clients on profitable and sustainable investment decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in investment management, financial services, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proven financial planning and investment advisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, manage, and retain investors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market research tools, and MS Excel.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly (net).
