Description

  • We are seeking ambitious, result-driven graduates to join our Business Growth Associates Trainee Program.
  • This role is designed to develop high-potential individuals into top-performing business development professionals.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management while undergoing structured training, mentorship, and hands-on field experience.
  • This is a performance-driven role ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, business growth, and building a successful career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field engagement
  • Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Support the execution of sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • 0 - 1 year of work experience (NYSC completed)
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of energy, confidence, and resilience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
