Job Title: Business Development Officer (Immigration & Travel Services)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Hybrid (Office + Field Work) 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Officer to support our growth in the immigration and travel services sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with leadership skills to manage a small team and actively generate new business opportunities within and outside Lagos.
• This is a hybrid role involving office work and active field prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and achieve sales targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and supervise a team of relationship officers
• Conduct client visits and prospecting across Lagos and beyond when required
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the company professionally in all engagements

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or B.S.c Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years experience in admission, visa, or related immigration/travel services
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Smart, detail-oriented, calm, and professional demeanor
• Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license
