Permanent Capital Ventures is a venture studio launching new companies with fully developed technology and infrastructure already in place.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Co-Founder / CEO (Venture Studio-Backed Company)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Opportunity

• We are seeking a Co-Founder / CEO to take ownership of the business, lead it to market, and build it into a category-defining company.
• This is not a traditional employment role. It is an opportunity to step in as the face of the business, define its trajectory, and drive execution from day one with institutional backing.

What You Will Do
You will support the founding team as follows:

• Own the assigned business end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and performance
• Act as the public face of the company, representing the business to customers, partners, investors, and the media
• Drive go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and growth channels
• Lead business development by closing partnerships, unlocking distribution, and generating revenue
• Build and lead the team, including hiring, inspiring, and managing high-performing talent
• Work with the venture studio to refine strategy, raise capital (if needed), and scale operations
• Continuously iterate on the business model based on market feedback.

Who You Are

• A natural leader and communicator who is comfortable in the spotlight
• Possess top-notch public-facing and speaking skills, with the ability to confidently represent the company at the highest level
• Commercially minded with strong business judgment and strategic thinking
• Able to move from zero to one, you do not wait for instructions
• Strong bias for action with the ability to create momentum in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in startups, business leadership, consulting, law, finance, or similar high-performance environments is a plus, not mandatory
• Prior founder experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

• Pre-fundraising: N3,000,000
• Post-fundraising: Above market.
• Co-founder equity with meaningful long-term upside
