Job Title: Site Officer (Entry Level)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Hazel’s Interieurs is seeking a proactive and reliable Site Officer to oversee interior project sites and ensure smooth, high-quality project execution.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing artisans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Responsibilities

• Supervise artisans and daily site operations.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor material usage, site logistics, and provide regular reports.
• Enforce health and safety standards on site.
• Liaise with clients and the internal project team to ensure alignment.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of OND/HND in a construction-related field or relevant discipline (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within construction or interior finishing projects.

Skills:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and quality control mindset.

Other Requirements:

• Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ilupeju or be able to commute easily.
• Ability to work full-time and meet project deadlines.
• Practical knowledge of construction and interior finishing processes.

Remuneration

• N100,000 – N150,000 monthly (based on experience).
