Job Title: Caregiver

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Home Care Agency Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our home care services.
• The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse with strong leadership abilities, excellent supervisory skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of caregivers and home care staff
• Ensure quality care delivery in line with established healthcare standards
• Conduct routine assessments of clients and develop care plans where necessary
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support
• Handle client and family concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of care staff
• Implement and uphold best practices in home healthcare services
• Provide clinical support and oversight when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (home care or clinical setting preferred)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Must be mature, responsible, and emotionally intelligent
• Good physical condition and stamina to meet job demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage teams effectively and resolve conflicts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be highly teachable and open to learning
• Willingness to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care

Preferred Attributes:

• Female candidate (as required for role-specific considerations)
• Experience in home care services or community health is an advantage
• Strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦150,000 per month (Entry-Level Role)
