Job Title: Consultant Paediatrician

The Opportunity

• We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician to lead our paediatric wing under a highly rewarding Fee-Sharing Model.
• This role is designed for a specialist who values clinical independence.
• You focus on delivering world-class care; we handle the infrastructure, staffing, and administrative burden. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist outpatient and inpatient paediatric care.
• Manage neonatal assessments and care for delivery cases within the facility.
• Collaborate with our O&G team to ensure a seamless “continuum of care” for families.
• Emergency Coverage: Act as a backup for general medical duties during emergencies or when general practitioners are unavailable. 

Requirements

• Fellowship (WACP or NPMCN) in Paediatrics.
• Current and valid MDCN Practicing License.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellent patient outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
