Job Title: Business Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination across production, sales, and administrative functions.
• This role involves driving business growth, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the herbal drug manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all departments and ensure activities are aligned with company objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between the MD and departmental heads.
• Monitor departmental performance against set targets and escalate issues to the MD where necessary.
• Support the MD in budget preparation, financial planning, and periodic business reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships in collaboration with the Production and Logistics departments.
• Oversee staff management activities including performance tracking, discipline, and coordination with the HR/Admin Manager.
• Coordinate the resolution of operational challenges that cut across departments.
• Prepare management reports for the MD on a regular basis, covering key business performance indicators.
• Support business development efforts as directed by the MD.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in business operations or management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
