Job Title: Operations & Partnerships Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Summary

• We’re at a key growth stage and looking for someone who can take ownership of our Lagos operations and help us scale locally.

The Role

• We are hiring an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to manage the day-to-day running of our space and drive local partnerships and growth opportunities.
• This is not a desk job.
• This role is for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to get things done on the ground.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Operations & Daily Running

• Ensure the space is set up and ready daily (training, sessions, events)
• Support chefs and students during training
• Maintain structure, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.

Partnerships & Outreach (VERY IMPORTANT):

• Visit hotels, restaurants, and shortlets
• Introduce iKooK and build relationships
• Secure internship placements and partnerships.

On-Ground Execution:

• Handle errands, sourcing, and logistics
• Support training days and special events
• Ensure everything runs on time and efficiently.

Growth & Revenue Support:

• Help onboard new students and chefs
• Support local awareness (flyers, visits, referrals)
• Identify ways to generate income from the space.

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in Lagos (preferably close to Yaba)
• Strong communication and confidence speaking with people
• Proactive and reliable — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Docs, and basic tools.

Bonus (Not required but valuable)

• Experience in hospitality, events, or operations
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
