Role Overview 

• We are looking for a friendly, result-driven, and organized Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure excellent service delivery.
• This role is ideal for someone who can respond to inquiries, provide timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
• You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
• Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Good multitasking and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
