Role Overview

• This role requires a candidate with the ability to manage financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.
• This role is ideal for someone who can track costs, prepare reports, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support compliance.
• You will be a key point of coordination, helping maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Track and analyze operational costs across freight, haulage, and warehousing activities.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Generate financial reports and insights to support business performance.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.

Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance.
• Experience handling audits, tax processes, and financial reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel usage.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines.
