O.Peenice Adio Global Enterprise, based in Lagos, Nigeria, is a registered business specializing in thesales, supply, and distribution of general goods, general merchandise, and general contracting services. Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the enterprise operates in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, and sales executive roles.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health Advisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive health and safety best practices across multiple projects
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to implement robust safe systems of work
• Monitor H&S performance and report findings to senior management
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Promote a positive safety culture across all projects and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline, with a recognised professional qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3+ years’ proven experience in a H&S advisory role within construction, ideally in roofing, cladding, or façade projects
• Strong working knowledge of EU and local H&S legislation and regulations
• Proven ability to lead and influence project teams on-site to maintain high H&S standards
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to European sites as required
• Currently based in Europe with a valid European passport
• Valid driving licence for travel to project sites
• Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to promoting a positive safety culture.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
