We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos (Remote / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time (may be Contract)

Role Summary

• Drive referral traffic from social platforms while respecting each platform’s content policies.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish 10–15 posts per day across X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions that tease articles without revealing full outcomes.
• Create platform‑specific graphics using Canva or coordinate with Graphics Designer.
• Monitor comments and DMs; forward user questions to Community Manager.
• Report weekly: referral traffic, engagement rate, and top‑performing posts.
• Run small‑scale paid social campaigns (budget provided) to amplify high‑value articles.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing sports, news, or entertainment accounts.
• Basic analytics skills (Meta Business Suite, X Analytics).
