Job Title: Operations Support Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support field operations, ensure accurate data tracking, and drive efficient coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily activities of field agents
• Track operational data (activations, onboarding, reports)
• Maintain accurate records and prepare simple performance reports
• Ensure field teams follow processes and meet targets
• Assist in resolving field and customer-related issues
• Communicate updates between field teams and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 0–2 years experience in operations, admin, or coordination role
• Must be available to resume immediately
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
