Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Frontend Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you’ll craft intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for web dashboards and customers’ portals.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping products’ look, feel, and users’ experience while collaborating closely with our backend team, designers, founders, and even clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, prototypes and mockups into pixel-perfect, and ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first design principles and interactive experiences.
Optimize application performance through code refactoring, reducing load times and improving accessibility (WCAG standards), smooth animation across devices, and efficient state management (e.g., Redux or Vuex).
Implement interactive elements, animations, and features using HTML5, CSS3 (including Sass/Less), and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to fetch and display real-time data.
Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies to enhance user engagement (e.g., WebSockets for live updates), recommend improvements and contributes to team knowledge-sharing.
Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across desktop and mobile devices, to deliver high-quality, bug-free releases.
Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests (e.g., Jest, Cypress); adhering to best practices for version control (Git), and participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and brainstorming sessions to iterate on features that drive user adoption and retention.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
Familiarity with version controls (Git), agile methodologies, and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
A portfolio showcasing responsive web projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and tools like Flexbox/Grid, accessibility (WCAG standards), and performance optimization.
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel, and package managers (npm/yarn).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS), and at least one modern framework (React preferred; Next.js a plus).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with TypeScript, for type-safe development, Next.js, or GraphQL.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Contributions to open-source projects or a personal portfolio showcasing frontend work.
Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Tailwind CSS) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Passion for startups, sustainability andenergy tech—bonus if you've worked on green initiatives!
