Job Title: ERP / Controls Support Officer (Data Analyst)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP / Controls Support Officer with strong data analysis capabilities to support system integrity, internal controls, and business reporting.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance, operations, and technology by ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for ERP systems, ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity
• Monitor and enforce internal controls across business processes
• Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and reports
• Develop dashboards and reports for management decision-making
• Collaborate with IT and business units on system enhancements and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP support, data analysis, or internal controls
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Good understanding of internal control frameworks and audit processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary
N400,00 per month.
